Courtyard by Marriott to Open in Buffalo

 A 96-room Courtyard by Marriott will open in Buffalo, N.Y., in the former Donovan State Office Building, according to press reports. The property, which will occupy three floors of the building, is set to open in late 2013. At press time, details about meeting facilities and other offerings were unavailable.
