Denver Loews to Close for Conversion

The Loews Denver Hotel near Cherry Creek in Denver has been sold, according to news reports; the Denver Business Journal reports that the new owner possibly is the Hyatt Hotels Corp. The 183-room property will close at the end of February to be renovated and converted to its new flag.
