Developers Chosen for Two New Boston Hotels

The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority board of directors has chosen CV Properties LLC to develop two hotels across from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Earlier this year, the MCCA bought 5.6 acres of land on D Street, three of which will be used for the properties, which will add a total of 510 guest rooms to the area. Groundbreaking should take place by the end of this, with openings scheduled for 2015.
