DMAI Convention Generates More than $1 Million for Big Easy

Destination Marketing Association International's 97th Annual Convention, which was held July 20-22, generated nearly $1.4 million in direct spending to the New Orleans economy. The localized spending impact was calculated using DMAI's new Event Impact Calculator, which the organization debuted during the convention; the tool will be available to subscribers at the end of this month.
