Embassy Suites in San Diego Acquired for $112.5 Million

The 337-room Embassy Suites San Diego Bay -- Downtown has been acquired by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust for $112.5 million and will be managed by HEI Hotels and Resorts. The property, which offers approximately 5,000 square feet of meeting space, was built in 1988 and was fully renovated in 2006. An additional $3.5 million renovation of its suites was completed last May.
