The final phase, which is expected to be completed in May, includes upgrades to the tower's second floor Ocean View Terrace. A $45 million renovation of the Rainbow Tower was finished in December 2011. The property offers a total of 2,860 guest rooms, 18 food and beverage options, five outdoor pools and more than 150,000 square feet of meeting space.
