Incentive Research Foundation Chooses New President

The Incentive Research Foundation has named Melissa Van Dyke as its president, responsible for the overall management and operation of the organization. Van Dyke, who is leaving her position as managing consultant of employee engagement practices at Maritz, takes over the IRF from Frank Katusak, who is leaving at the end of March. The IRF also will be moving its headquarters from New York City to St. Louis.
