IRF Launches New ROI Model for Incentive Programs

The Incentive Research Foundation has developed "Mastering Measurement: The Critical Performance Elements of Incentive Design," a model for measuring the short- and long-term impact and return on investment of incentive and recognition plans. The guide, an update to the IRF's 1992 "Master Measurement Model of Employee Performance," incorporates current studies related to the best application of measurement and incentives, as well as input from a panel of more than 70 experts and practitioners in various aspects of performance measurement.
