L'Auberge Del Mar Acquired by LaSalle Hotel Properties for $76.9M

LaSalle Hotel Properties announced the acquisition of L'Auberge Del Mar in Del Mar, Calif., for $76.9 million. The 120-room luxury resort overlooks the Pacific Ocean and offers 16,500 square feet of function space, a 5,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, two pools and two tennis courts.
