Landmark Hotel in Billings, Mont., Gets Financing to Reopen

Financing has come through for renovations to finish up at the Northern Hotel in Billings, Mont. The landmark 1904 building has been gutted; it will reopen in 2013 with 160 guest rooms and two restaurants. The property was bought at auction in 2009, saving it from the wrecking ball.
