Major Luxury Hotel Planned for Perth, Australia

 Crown Ltd. has announced plans to build a US$600 million luxury hotel at Burswood Entertainment Complex in Perth, Australia. Construction on the 1,200-room Crown Towers Perth will begin early next year and is expected to finish in 2016. The complex currently features a casino, the Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade hotels, a day spa, retail outlets and several dining spots, along with three ballrooms, including a 20,000-square-foot grand ballroom.
