MGM Proposes First Gaming Venture in Canada

MGM Resorts International and Canadian developer Cadillac Fairview have jointly proposed to build a casino in the Toronto area. The facility, which would be MGM's first in Canada, would include entertainment venues, a casino, a hotel, and retail and conference facilities, as well as a a permanent Cirque du Soleil show. MGM and Cadillac Fairview will design, develop and construct the resort under one or more brands owned by MGM.
