Berlin's new Willy Brandt International Airport, which was slated to debut in 2011, has been postponed for a fourth time. Problems with the fire-safety system and other technical components are the causes of the most recent delay, according to German officials. The facility will someday replace the German capital's Schonefeld and Tegel airports.
