New Westin Opens in Snowmass

The former Silvertree Hotel in Snowmass, Colo., has reopened as the Westin Snowmass Resort following an extensive multimillion-dollar renovation. All 254 guest rooms were redone, as were the public areas. The resort has opened a new restaurant, The Snowmass Kitchen, which offers all-day dining and ski-in/ski-out access. The property has a spa, a new WestinWORKOUT fitness center and two new hot tubs at the resort's pool. The 20,000-square-foot conference center was renovated earlier this year and reopened last June 1.
