Renaissance in Rutherford, N.J., Sold

RockBridge Partners and Concord Hospitality Enterprises have acquired the 167-room Renaissance Meadowlands in Rutherford, N.J., for an undisclosed amount. Scheduled is a $5.25 million renovation that will refurbish the guest rooms and bathrooms, upgrade the public spaces and expand the fitness center. The property, which will continue to be a Renaissance, offers dining at CK's Steakhouse, and has 3,300 square feet of meeting space.
