Rosewood to Open Central London Property in October 2013

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts today announced plans to debut Rosewood London in October 2013, following the US$130 million transformation of a 1914 Edwardian Belle Époque building in central London, on High Holbourn. With 262 guest rooms and 44 suites, the property will be designed to convey the ambience of a stylish London residence. The building's original wrought-iron carriageway entrance and the grand Pavonazzo marble staircase will be retained. Among 11 event spaces will be a ballroom able to accommodate up to 435 guests, as well as breakout rooms for groups of 10 to 85. Also on-site will be Rosewood's signature Sense spa and a Martin Brudnizki-designed restaurant.
