For this year's Golf Invitational, M&C chose the self-contained JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country, with two challenging golf courses designed by Greg Norman and Pete Dye.
The 1,002-room resort, about a half hour from downtown San Antonio, offers 265,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 40,000-square-foot Grand Oaks Ballroom and 40,000 square feet of exhibit space.
The property's amenities include the 26,000-square-foot Lantana spa, with 30 treatment rooms, along with seven options for dining. The pièce de résistance is the River Bluff Water Experience, six acres of pools surrounded by a lazy river.
