San Francisco Port Commission OKs Plan for $92 Million Cruise Terminal

The San Francisco Port Commission has approved plans to build a new $92 million cruise terminal. Construction will begin immediately on the Pier 27 James R. Herman International Cruise Terminal and Northeast Wharf Plaza and is expected to be completed in 2014. Plans call for a taxpayer-funded 88,000-square-foot facility and a 2.2-acre public park.
