Starwood to Join in Development of Le Meridien in Thailand

 Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and GuRich Co. have signed an agreement to continue development of a Le Meridien property in Koh Samui, Thailand. The 77-room hotel will include three food-and-beverage venues, a full-service spa with six treatment rooms, a fitness center, four swimming pools and 1,076 square feet of meeting space. Le Meridien Koh Samui is expected to open Sept. 1.
