DessertAsk a sponsor to host dessert at their booth one to two hours after lunch is served. This trick cuts down on lunch costs and eliminates the need for an afternoon F&B break. “Just be sure to make an announcement about it during the lunch,” recommends Bonnie Wallsh, CMP, CMM, of Bonnie Wallsh Associates (704-491-0921), who shared the tip.
