Toulouse, France

This charming city in Southwestern France recently hosted the 2011 Red, White & Blue, an annual incentive fam for international planners, organized by the French Government Tourist Office.

Among the so-called Pink City's incentive properties are the 50-room Grand Hôtel de l'Opéra and the 125-room Hotel Pullman Toulouse Centre.

Venues include Stade Toulousain, the city's modern rugby stadium, and Hotel Dieu, a former hospital transformed into a gorgeous gala space.

Just outside the city limits is the headquarters of aerospace giant Airbus; group tours can be arranged.
