Unite Here Launches Atlantic City Website

Unite Here, the union representing hospitality workers, has launched the Atlantic City Customer Alert (AtlanticCityCustomerAlert.org) to provide planners and visitors with updates on labor disputes in the gaming mecca. Among the issues being addressed are the status of the union's troubles with Resorts Atlantic City and updates on the Sept. 15 expiration of the contract covering 12,000 housekeepers, housemen, cooks and servers at nine other Atlantic City casino resorts.
