Fairimont Waterfront and Pan Pacific Vancouver will provide complimentary rooms on April 24, 25 and 26 for all meeting planner attendees.
Additional pre or post nights are available at $ 199+CDN per night.
Airfare and ground transportation will be provided by Meetings & Conventions (within destination city)
Details will be provided once you are accepted to the event.

-Supplier room rate is $199+CND per night.
-All costs except pre-planned meals and functions will be at supplier’s expense.
