• The main restaurant at the 66-room
Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach has reopened following a three-month renovation and has been renamed the Sea View Grille. The property has 12,000 square feet of meeting space.
• The Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa is upgrading its 511 guest rooms, public spaces and swimming pools. The project is scheduled for completion by this fall.

The Boathouse Paddle Club in Watercolor is a haven for visitors who want to explore the natural beauty of the South Walton area. The facility conducts hikes and trail runs and offers classes in stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and more. Equipment rentals are available.

• The 602-room Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in South Walton recently completed the renovation of its guest rooms, lobby, pool and restaurant. The Gulf-front resort has 40,000 square feet of meeting space, a spa and fitness center, six on-site dining venues (including the AAA four-diamond Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood) and access to four golf courses.
• The 320-room Sheraton Bay Point Resort in Panama City Beach is in the midst of a head-to-toe refurbishment. The property, which will reopen in late 2016, is upgrading its infrastructure and public spaces. Among the resort's offerings are 60,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting space and two 18-hole golf courses.
