Alex manages digital and event content across the brands Meetings & Conventions, Successful Meetings, Incentive and Meeting News. He manages NMG's webcast and podcast programs and editorial awards, including Motivation Masters and Passion Made Possible. He has covered the MICE industry in some capacity for more than a decade, most recently as managing editor for Successful Meetings and Incentive, and has freelanced for Esquire, Smithsonian, Vice and the New York Daily News. He is also the author of five nonfiction books, including the New York Times bestseller The Santa Claus Man, a true crime tale about a Jazz Age con man (and Alex's great granduncle). He counts his favorite travel experience as a month spent in a converted fishing shack in Newfoundland.
