After six years covering travel in the lifestyle space, I recently joined the Northstar Meetings Group, where I write about the latest trends, news and developments shaping the meetings and events industry. I earned my M.A. in journalism from NYU, though my academic path began in fashion and textiles at FIT and SUNY Oneonta (plot twist).

When I'm not on the road, I'm usually at home in Jersey City with my husband and our two mini dachshunds, Link and Enzo. And while I've been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, my favorite place is still Lake George, N.Y., where I grew up.
