• The 444-room Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown has completed a $10 million enhancement. Among upgrades to the property is a new farm-to-table eatery, Cooper's Mill Restaurant, which serves locally sourced food and beer. Guest rooms have been refurbished, as well as all 26,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel also features a 2,500-square-foot fitness center and a pool.
