Team San Jose recently reported its best year ever since the organization took over the San Jose Convention Center and theater management in 2004, generating $23.8 million in revenue for fiscal year 2012-2013. The group also received a year-end 98 percent overall customer service rating and exceeded several goals, including: 247,711 (future) hotel room nights (105 percent of goal) and 1.1 million visitors to the convention center (60 percent above goal).
