The Hotel ZaZa Austin Downtown is now open in the Texas city's Warehouse District. The luxury property has 159 guest rooms, 8,500 square feet of meeting space that can host groups of up to 295 people, a restaurant, a craft cocktail bar, a spa, a rooftop pool and a pool bar.

A product of Z Resorts and designed by local firm Design Duncan Miller Ulman, the hotel's meeting space features high ceilings, exposed brick, grand chandeliers and natural lighting with oversized windows throughout. Guests can choose among a variety of immersive accommodations, including the rock-'n'-roll themed Back Stage Pass King Suite draped in animal print, leather, velvet and a mix of art, or the Palm Springs Bungalow 6 Suite with its bold colors and patterns.

The hotel reports that every guest stay includes a candle-lit turndown featuring melatonin, water and chocolate truffles.

The property's culinary concepts are spearheaded by Jacob Weaver, director of food and beverage; Daniel Hatcher, chef de cuisine; and David Esquibel, director of outlet operations. Perfect Strangers, a full-service restaurant on the hotel's ground floor, serves cocktails, salads, soups, sandwiches and entrées. Lined with leather booths, marble mosaic floors and outdoor seating along 4th Street, both guests and locals can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here daily. Craft-cocktail bar Group Therapy sits on the seventh floor, overlooking Austin's Republic Square and adjacent to Stage Fright -- the hotel's live music venue -- and the pool deck.

The Hotel ZaZa Austin marks the fourth Z Resorts property in the Lone Star State, joining the Hotel ZaZa Dallas Uptown, the Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District and the Hotel ZaZa Houston Memorial City
