Maritz Motivation has
added a new green product to its Exclusively Yours Awards offerings
for incentive participants: The Fenton, Mo.-based incentive firm
has partnered with environmental firm OurEnergy to offer carbon
credits as an employee incentive reward option.
The 150-room, 68-villa W
Marrakech will open in Morocco in mid-2010. The property,
which will have 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness
center and a spa, will be part of the Al Maaden Resort, a mixed-use
luxury development that will include a Nicklaus Design 18-hole golf
course.
Warwick international
hotels will manage a golf and spa resort in French
Polynesia for Gregori International. The Warwick Moorea Golf and
Spa Resort will have 154 rooms and villas and is expected to open
in 2010. The resort’s 18-hole golf course already has opened for
play.
