There's still a significant gap between what meeting professionals do and what their bosses or clients think they do, as revealed in a recent M&C Research poll. Of the 126 survey respondents, just one in five say their bosses or clients completely understand what the job entails. For 60 percent, a job well done is rewarded by patting oneself on the back.
