At the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino, sample the fruits of the nation without leaving the property. The hotel, in Incline Village, Nev., has unfurled a star-spangled wine list with selections from each of America's 50 states. Imagine sipping a grapefruit wine from Florida's Orange Grove Winery or a glass of Prairie Dew from the Fields of Fair Winery in Kansas. "Some wines were easy to select, especially those from states with only one or two wineries," says Herb Rackliff, senior food and beverage director.
