the new year with more talk of Monica Lewinski, Silversea Cruises’
Silver Cloud and Silver Wind will feature biographer Andrew Morton,
author of Monica’s Story, as a guest lecturer on its Millennium
2000 excursions.
Flyers with disabilities still often
find air travel “unnecessarily humiliating and upsetting,” despite
the Air Carrier Access Act, which is supposed to protect them from
discrimination, the National Council on Disabilities concluded. The
Department of Transportation does not have enough money for
enforcement and relies too heavily on the airlines to monitor
themselves, charges the report.
