Anaheim, Calif., teaches groups to make sushi, do origami, use
chopsticks, create Mickey Mouse from an orange and say a few words
in Japanese. They eat dinner, too.

MEN ARE MORE
SENTIMENTAL on the road than the so-called fairer sex,
suggests a survey of 1,000 business travelers by Holiday Inn
Express. Forty-four percent of males bring along a photo of a
spouse or loved one, compared with 20 percent of females. And 61
percent call home every night, vs. 54 percent of women.
