Now that slick PowerPoint presentations are the norm in the
meetings world, maybe it's time to juice up those slides. Software
firm Vicious Fishes, based in Pasadena, Calif.,
has created Digital Artware, designed to add
clever graphics to the show. The program comes with hundreds of new
templates and uses PowerPoint commands, so those familiar with the
presentation software will have no problem learning Digital
Artware. The design themes, graphic elements and sounds also work
with many other Web and multimedia applications to enhance other
computerized creations. The new templates come on two CDs and cost
$129 per CD. Contact Vicious Fishes at (800) 642-4524 ext. 600 (www.vicfish.com).
