Typical registration packets include an attendee list, but
unless you know what folks look like, it can be difficult to track
down potential contacts. On-Site Photo Directories offer an answer
in the form of yearbook-style directories produced within 24 hours
for distribution during the meeting.
Each book has photographs of all attendees, plus name and
contact information. Data is cross-referenced by last name and
company affiliation, and can also be cross-referenced by state, job
title or other factors that might help attendees connect with
potential business contacts.
