A plane holding 12 high-level executives goes down. Later, they find themselves chained together in the gallows of hell. This is the premise upon which this offbeat management book is based. Author Gilbreath, president of change management for consulting firm Philip Crosby Associates, Inc., in Atlanta, presents advice in parable form, because people remember "stories" long after they forget the lessons. It will take patience to follow the doomed dozen all the way to page 161. For those who make it, there's a surprise ending.
