standard rooms?“Last year, I stayed at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort
in Tucson, Ariz. There was something about the rooms very neutral
in color that had a calming effect. They had large pillows and beds
set on an angle. And the view was outstanding.”

“The Xandari Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica. Rooms allow
for maximum outdoor views from the bedroom and bathroom while
maintaining privacy. I wanted to take home the majority of the art
and decor ideas very rare in a hotel room. Scenic hiking trails led
to several waterfalls. I highly recommend the hotel.”

“The Fairmont Hotel in Chicago. The standard rooms are big
and clean, space is ample for working with a laptop, and the
bathrooms are large with a separate shower. My room had a view of
Lake Michigan, which added to my enjoyment. Although most of my
time was spent in the conference area which is also very nice I did
enjoy going back to my room at night.”
