THE GOLD SYSTEM, meeting-planning software from Oakland,
N.J.-based ISIS, now works with the Sabre, Worldspan and Apollo
computerized reservations systems. Version 3.0 also has been
rewritten as a client-server product, enabling planners to move the
registration process to the Web. ISIS claims the big benefits are
that registrant databases can be large enough for any size meeting,
and hundreds of users can access the program at one time.
