Brain food. Worried you're losing all that
knowledge you crammed into your head to pass the SATs? Sign up for
the daily teaser from The Kaplan Edge (www.kaplan.com/edge/). You'll get multiple-choice math
equations on Monday (a train traveling from a meeting in Chicago at
90 mph...), grammar questions on Tuesday, college trivia on
Wednesday, logic teasers on Thursday and job tips on Friday. Once
you register your answer, the site keeps your score. (We're five
for five so far.)
Buy now, go later. Everything you need for your
next trip is at Rand McNally's new Internet travel store (www.randmcnallystore.com). The doors opened in December
with everything from software and guidebooks to games, luggage and
accessories. The plan is to offer 20,000 online products by
year-end.
Don't forget the kids. All you ever wanted to
know about traveling with children in tow can be found on the
Family Travel Forum (www.familytravelforum.com). Among the offerings
are a newsletter, links to agents who specialize in family travel
and links to sites approved by the forum.
