Carlson Wagonlit Travel appointed Patrick Andersen as president of the Americas Region, succeeding Hakan Ericsson, who left the company in August to become president and CEO of Danish/Swedish communications and logistics group PostNord. The Danish-born Andersen, who was CWT's executive vice president of the United Kingdom and Ireland, Nordic and Eastern Europe, becomes a member of the CWT executive team and reports directly to president and CEO Douglas Anderson. He will be based at the company's Minneapolis headquarters.
