In the heart of Manhattan, the luxury Hotel Hendricks will open next month on Fifth Avenue and West 38th Street, featuring event space with dramatic views of the Empire State Building just four blocks to the south.
The property's 176 guest rooms have been designed by LA-based interior designer Marcello Pozzi using furniture handmade in Italy. Just steps from the Fashion District and Bryant Park, the hotel includes two rooftop bars and the Latin-infused restaurant Carbonero.
"Soaring 27 stories above Manhattan, the Hotel Hendricks rooftop will be an upscale meeting space ideal for cocktail hours, press events and corporate functions," said Garette Ziem, director of sales and marketing. Ziem added that the space will be able to accommodate up to 120 guests. "It will be a perfect fit for those looking to experience accessible luxury in the area. With unparalleled views of the New York skyline, we're excited to offer this one-of-a-kind space to businesses in Midtown and around the city."
The Hotel Hendricks joins the portfolio of the Fortuna Realty Group, which owns four other luxury boutique hotels in the New York City area: the Hotel Hugo, the Hotel Henri, the Hotel Hayden and the Garden City Hotel. The group also has the Mr. C hotel in Los Angeles and SugarBay Resort & Spa in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
