NoMad Las Vegas, a 293-room luxury boutique property within the new Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip, is now taking reservations for stays beginning Oct. 12. The hip brand's new location will feature a high-limit casino, a Moroccan-inspired pool, a NoMad Bar and a NoMad Restaurant. The F&B outlets are being created by award-winning chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara, the pair behind NoMad venues in New York and Los Angeles as well as New York's acclaimed Eleven Madison Park.
Guest rooms will have a residential style, many with NoMad's signature freestanding bathtubs. Original artwork will be found in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel, curated by Sydell Group and Paris-based design studio Be-poles, which have likewise partnered on both previously opened NoMad Hotels in New York and LA.

Groups can book the more than 2,000 square feet of configurable restaurant space, as well as evening events at the pool deck and café.

NoMad Las Vegas occupies the top four floors of Park MGM, a rebranding of the former Monte Carlo that officially debuted this past May. The 2,700-room Park MGM has 77,000 square feet of meeting and convention space and will welcome Eataly, an immersive Italian marketplace, as well as a Korean restaurant from chef Roy Choi, late this year. The hotel is connected to the 5,200-seat Park Theater, an intimate concert venue that opened in late 2016 and has hosted a number of major acts.
