Event app developer QuickMobile made a number of announcements at PCMA's annual Convening Leaders meeting in Chicago, including the launch of its Enterprise 2.0 platform, a mobile-app certificate program and the appointment of CEO Craig Brennan. QuickMobile Enterprise 2.0 offers improved security and configurability for the company's corporate clients, as well as the flexibility to incorporate new features as the need arises. The platform is geared for use at both internal and external events, and allows companies to integrate event data with data from other corporate enterprise platforms more easily, and to demonstrate the return on investment for events more clearly. The company's new CEO, Craig Brennan, is a Silicon Valley veteran with a background in enterprise applications such as customer-relationship management and enterprise-resource-planning platforms. The company has also announced a new mobile-app certificate program for meeting professionals, a collaboration with Convention Industry Council representatives that offers up to 10 continuing-education units. The independent mobile-app-based program begins in February. More information can be found at
