Two meetings technology providers, Certain and Zentila, have teamed up to integrate their platforms and provide a more seamless solution for clients. Zentila offers a strategic venue-sourcing and booking tool, while Certain offers a variety of event-management tools, including registration, marketing, check-in, attendee engagement and more.

Planners now can access Certain directly from the Zentila dashboard. After using the Zentila platform to research hotels, create electronic requests for proposal, source and book venues, negotiate terms and capture data, planners can transfer that data with a click to Certain's platform, for use with registration and event management.

"The integration allows Zentila to offer access to a comprehensive event-management solution for event planners and marketers looking to deliver flawless events," said Mike Mason, founder and CEO of Zentila. Certain offers a wealth of meetings-management features, including one-on-one appointment matching and scheduling, mobile functionality and return-on-investment reporting tools. The company also specializes in integration with marketing-automation systems.
