Global DMC Partners, a network of independent destination management companies, has formed partnerships with four more companies: BE Agency, serving the Netherlands; ID Events Australia; MCC Destination Management, serving Ontario, Canada; and Palomino Hospitality, serving India, the Maldives, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

"After a successful year of global expansion in 2017, we are delighted to begin 2018 by welcoming these four impressive DMCs to our global network," said Catherine Chaulet, president of Global DMC Partners. "Along with our continued investment in sales and marketing efforts and maintaining top-notch DMC service levels, our focus is to form new partnerships with customer-centric DMCs that have a flair for creativity and fresh ideas."

A statement from the group explained, "While maintaining a strong DMC presence in markets such as Australia, India, the Netherlands, and Toronto, Ontario, is vital, the network has also received ongoing customer feedback regarding the desire for DMC support in exotic destinations and emerging markets. Destinations such as Bhutan and Nepal are gaining popularity for incentive groups looking for an extraordinary experience, while smaller meeting markets like Niagara Falls and Ottawa also present unique offerings. Additionally, these emerging destinations may open up new possibilities for budget-conscious meeting planners and companies."

Global DMC Partners network features more than 65 DMCs representing over 500 destinations around the globe.
