The 1,000-room Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando has completed an expansion of its meeting space. The resort now has 132,000 square feet (prior to the expansion, it had 85,000).
Dining at the property is available at Emeril's Tchoup Chop, the Islands Dining Room and the Orchid Court Sushi Bar; light lunches are served at the Bula Bar & Grille. For cocktails, there's the Orchid Court Lounge and Jake's American Bar. The property features a lagoon-style pool, a children's water-play area, the Gymnasium Fitness Center, and jogging and walking paths. Spa services are available at the Mandara Spa at the nearby Loews Portofino Bay Hotel.
In summer 2016, Universal Orlando will debut its fifth on-site hotel, the 1,000-room Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, which will be connected to the Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Sapphire Falls will have 115,000 square feet of its own meeting space; together, the properties will offer 247,000 square feet of combined meeting space and 2,000 rooms.
All guests at the Loews Royal Pacific and Loews Portofino Bay receive theme-park benefits at Universal Orlando, including Universal Express Unlimited ride access and early admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter an hour before the theme park opens.
