The 141-room Global Ambassador is scheduled to open in Phoenix on Dec. 6. The hotel will have a spa and more than 36,000 square feet of event space. Meeting venues will include a 4,600-square-foot pavilion and a 1,500-square-foot event lawn.
Additionally, the property will feature five food-and-beverage outlets: Le Âme, a Parisian steakhouse; Pink Dolphin, a Mexican and Peruvian-inspired eatery; Le Market, a Parisian patisserie; Théa Mediterranean Rooftop; and a lobby bar.
With an entire floor dedicated to wellness, the 9,000-square-foot fitness center will be equipped with a yoga studio, a Pilates room and a spin studio, as well as two outdoor decks for sunrise meditations and workout classes. The spa will offer 10 treatment rooms for facials, massages, light therapy, IV drips and cryotherapy, plus locker rooms with hot tubs, cold plunges, steam rooms and saunas.
The Global Ambassador has joined the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection, which also features properties such as the Baccarat Hotel New York, and the Montage Laguna Beach and the Carneros Resort and Spa in California.
"Being part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection is an incredible honor for the Global Ambassador," said Sam Fox, restaurateur and owner of the new property. "To find ourselves counted among the very hotels that have consistently ranked as personal favorites of mine is a meaningful milestone and one that has been aspirational for us. This partnership aligns with our commitment to providing unrivaled luxury and service, and we are excited to join this group of properties worldwide."
