The One World Observatory at the top of New York City's new Freedom Tower will open May 29. The main observatory on the 100th floor offers 360-degree views of the city, three dining options take up the 101st floor, and the 102nd-floor Horizon level is home to a private-event venue that can host up to 300 people.
