1. Sleep is the most important immune-system booster we have, during which our bodies produce melatonin, a vital antioxidant. Consider using a melatonin supplement (1-3 mg) nightly while away.
2. Probiotics help protect the digestive tract from bad bacteria; find a commercial brand and take daily while on the road.
3. Vitamin D helps prevent many autoimmune disorders; take a supplement along with you and try to get some sun between sessions.
4. Seating choice is important in meeting rooms. Look for snifflers and coughers, then sit elsewhere.
